Question Anyone get PG while on their period?....

    Hey ladies!
I used to frequent this board and I love the community but returning to school and everyday life have caused me to drift away. So, I return, of course, in a state of panic.
My cycles are never "normal", but they've gotten completely out of control lately. Here's the lowdown:
    * Stopped taking BCPs because even on them, I had a period every other week. Literally. It sucked.
    * Long cycles are the norm. Anywhere from 33-36 days.
    * Started spotting mid-cycle with ovulation two months ago. This is a first. I have NEVER had this happen before.
    * Last cycle went 42 days and then I started spotting...
    * Spotting/light period with cramping for 14 days and counting with streaked and heavy CM on days 12,13, and 14...
So I got concerned and called my OB and her nurse who are both WONDERFUL! They suggested we BD because nothing brings on or stops your period like it. Well, it worked! However, now I'm concerned that the CM was from ovualtion because, in hindsight, I did not have it earlier in the 42 day cycle. Is that possible? We want #3, but are waiting to TTC in May because I really need to finish up my Masters. Sigh....Any thoughts/experience welcome. It's only been about 5 days since BD so testing is out.
