OMG was soooooo good. But I feel this proves my bean is taking over my body...lol. My DH was mortified at the sight, and normally I would be too!
Omg!! I have totally done that before with the peanut butter filled pretzels dipped in cream cheese!!! So good!!! I think I'm going to have to try that again when I get home!!

Sorry for not updating in here, but ultrasound looks really good. Only one baby, thank goodness, but I would have taken twins with open arms too as I love love love kids!!! I'm am so excited and relieved this time around. The last pregnancy that I lost at 10 weeks I knew from the very beginning something was wrong. Totally am not feeling that way with this little one!!

yay! glad you are feeling differently this time around. I'm still a little nervous with my lack of symptoms (of course I have nothing to compare this pregnancy to)... I do have a serious (I mean seriousss lol) increase in my appetite and I am exhausted allll the time, so I'm taking that as a good sign.

Plus I have an appointment this afternoon ! I'm not expecting an ultrasound, but maybe he can try to listen for a heartbeat.

Yes, glad you feel different this time around!!!

I took a zophran last night before bed, and it seriously did wonders on me. I woke up this morning with very little nausea, and have felt great all morning, and to be honest, a part of me was getting worried LOL...but its starting to come back a tad, so I know its still there...weird I know, But its like I don't want to be miserable but I take comfort in knowing I'm having symptoms!

Glad you are feeling better today, Kelly.

I have a roast and veggies in the crock pot for dinner tonight, but I just had to move it to the garage! I know it smells good, but I absolutely cannot stand smelling it today. Pregnancy is so weird!

I absolutely can not stand the smell or thought of red peppers right now. We went to get something to eat after my appt tonight and Greg got red peppers on his sub and I couldn't eat anymore . I actually smelled it right away so I couldn't eat at all!!

As far as my appt, it went well. Not much to report, he took a quick look but it was externally so baby is still tiny but I did see a heartbeat!!!! Just not sure how fast it was going. He had a delivery to go to so it was a very rushed appt.

    Cravings! Lets talk about cravings!

We already know about the peanut butter stuffed pretzels dipped in cream cheese is a good one!!! Mmmmn!!!

But I just popped open a tub of cream cheese frosting and started eating it with a spoon. Consumed about half the tub. I've never done that. But it was good... Darn good!!!

I was at Target with DD, and when I saw Nutella, I just HAD to have it! DD really wanted to help carry something, so I let her carry the Nutella (it was a lot easier for her to carry than some of the other things, and she couldn't break it if she dropped it). Unfortunately, as may happen when you let a 2 1/2 year old be in charge of something like that, it got left on the floor near the book section. Oh well... I should probably be trying to eat healthier stuff anyway, instead of the sweets I'm craving.

As far as cravings, I think popsicles are a big one...they just help me feel better too...can't think of anything else right now, but I'm sure more will come to me! Well, random food items people say, sometimes it will be like, "ooooooh, i want some of that!" lol.

Popsicles are a big one for me!!! Mmmmm. Lol anything frozen actually really helps settle my stomach when I'm feeling sick .

I really gotta give props to the women who completely give up coffee after finding out they are pregnant because I do NOT think I would have made it through this morning without some coffee.

Go figure... the first time my nausea and dry heaving turns into actual vomiting, is when I have to drink 32 oz to prep for my u/s. Only a little bit of it came back up, it should still work okay, right? I think guzzling all that fluid made my stomach more upset.

I wish I would be having cravings right now. I feel so sick all the time it's a struggle to get anything down. I'm going to be at 8 weeks so hopefully in the next month I start feeling better.

I've never had to drink that much to prep for an US. You poor thing! It would've made me sick too!

Ugh! And it turns out they only needed my bladder to be super full for the abdominal u/s. Why even bother with an abdominal u/s at this point anyway?? They had me empty my bladder before doing the transvaginal u/s, which is when we could see the baby. If I have a follow-up in the near future, I think I'll tell them to skip the abdominal part and go right to transvaginal, and then I won't have to drink so much.

That is weird. Reading that made me want to research how it's typically done, and it seems what I had done is normal. Empty bladder for vaginal; full bladder for abdominal.

Yeah I actually read over what I said and they did let me empty before they did the vaginal but yesterday I peed before he did the abdominal which I was a little confused about cause I thought it would have been better full.

So I think the morning sickness has found me...up til now I have had some moments few and far between, been gaggy at times and things smell gross. But today I felt nauseous on and off all day, complete with mouth watering at times. I could barely bring myself to make dinner and eat it either. The smell of any food just makes it worse. Not sure if it was because I was tired or if the morning sickness has just shown up. I was pretty lucky with DD because other than being gaggy, having a raw meat aversion, and smells being problematic I never really had any "morning sickness".

If this is full force morning sickness, work is gonna become very challenging, with the sights/smells. UGH......especially since no one knows and DH is hard core wait til 12 weeks to spill it because of our history.

BUT I wouldn't trade it for anything cause it should mean things are going well!

Ok, I absolutely feel like crap. If I eat I feel sick, if I don't eat I feel sick. And there is no warning, I will be eating something like yesterday I ate this AWESOME chicken noodle soup, homemade and yummy! After I ate it I felt sick..... Nothing helps, last pregnancy I got these ginger candies that worked wonders so I ordered them. They do nothing this time... UGH!!!!

I feel you on the whole, one minute your fine, the next your sick thing. I will be happily eating something and then I will take a bite and everything suddenly threatens to come back up...right there at the table! I am like the WORST dinner guest every right now! HA!
