    Default Cheap homemade snacks

    Care to share your cheap homemade snack recipes? Anything! Yogurt, snack bars, oatmeal bars, veggies, fruits, anything!

    Fruit roll ups are easy and cheap -- use ripe fruit when it's in season or do what I do: as fruit gets a little too ripe or bruised, cut off the bruised parts and throw it in a bag in the freezer. When the bag is full, defrost and puree it, then use it for the roll ups.

    I use a dehydrator now because I have one and because my oven's not that great, but it works fine in the oven.
