Going Crazy

So at the end of June my DH and I were contacted by the birth grandma of our 2 girls. She said her cousin who is in prison is pg and needs to place her baby for adoption and were we interested? HELLO, yes! So she has been trying to contact her cousin or her cousins caseworker at the prison but the caseworker has been on vacation for the last 3 weeks and no one else there wants to give her any info. We have been in a holding pattern since the end of June and I'm going crazy!! We can't really plan until we know if her cousin is willing to let us adopt the baby. Ahhhh, I just need an answer, yes or no so we can either start planning or move on. Thanks for letting me get that out

I know right, we kinda have a corner on this market I think . I am so grateful for them for giving us our girls and was truly touched when the birth grandma suggested us to her cousin, we have been so blessed.

We just heard from the birthgrandma today and she says her cousin wants us to adopt her baby...Woohoo!!! So now we just need to figure out all the legal stuff associated with adoption when the birthmom is in prison. I hope we can figure it out fast because she is due at the end of Sept . I'm so excited!
