    Default Baby aspirin....pleaseeee HELPPP

I am 26 and was married 4 months ago and trying to conceive since that time..
Last month my AF was 14 days late and i had a very faint positive but then AF started
I was in a visit to my parents in another country and went to OB who prescribed me Clomid 200 mg day 3-5 and on day 11 i had an ultrasound where he found that i have 2 follicles of 16mm so he gave me HCG shot on day 12 and told me to have intercourse 36 hrs later for 3 consecutive days...
At that time i was back home and i followed the OB advice and on day 14 i had lower abdominal cramps and very light spotting..
Today i am on CD 17, 3 dpo, i was reading about baby aspirin and was wondering if i have to take it or not, i can't contact my OB since he's in another country and i am really nervous and scared, i'll do anything to get my BFP.. So anyone knows if it is recommended to take baby aspirin?does it cause any harm? Is it too late to take it now? Do u think it will be my month and i'll get a BFP? Sorryyyyyy but am verrrry nervoussddd...pleaseeee HELPP

You should only be taking aspirin if told to do so by your doctor. In some cases, aspirin can cause a miscarriage and in other cases (like when you have a clotting disorder) aspirin is necessary to prevent a miscarriage. I would not just take aspirin because you think it might help. It could very well be detrimental.
