Exclamation What happens if you go over the limit of seafood you're suppose to eat?

Like if you're eating low mercury level seafood. i know you're suppose to only eat 12 oz, but what if you so happen to go over that in a weeks time?

Mercury builds up over time. If you go over one week, it's no big deal. If you go over every week, it could be a problem. I'm sure I went over occasionally with both my pregnancies because I eat a lot of seafood.

thanks for the reply! i've always been curious about this because i don't want to eat more than what i'm suppose to! i usually don't eat that much seafood but lately i've been craving it. if everything should be okay then i guess it's fine! i hope so!
