Help, am I going crazy?

hi everyone. I am in need of advice. I am currently 7 days late for AF. I have taken several HPTs and all have come out negative, including one this AM. I am having nausea, my breasts feel heavy and DH says they are bigger, also am having a lot of watery cm...(sorry if tmi). why wouldnt a test be showing positive by now? and if im not pregnant why wont AF just show up already. I am going to add that I am rarely late. help, i feel like im going nuts here! I just want to know one way or the other.

Are your cycles normally regular? (Keep in mind that my cycles are regular whenever I am not TTC, it seems). Are you sure that you ovulated this month? Generally, a negative pregnancy test 7 days after AF means that you are not pregnant. There are always exceptions, though. I'd call the doctor to see what they want you to do at this point.

My cycles have always been regular, 28 days on the dot. i dont usually track my cm or bbt for ovulation purposes, but i do remember feeling some pains in my back on the day I should have ovulated. Guess i'll be calling the doctor if AF doesn't show up by the end of next week and see whats going on. thanks.

Sometimes stress can play a part in being late. About 6 years ago, shortly after my DH returned from deployment....I wanted a baby really bad...and with all the stress of him just returning...and everything going on, I became late...but once I realized I was late, I started stressing about it and I ended up being 3 weeks late....took like 4 hpts and all were negative. ended up going to the dr for a blood test....and the day before they called with my results AF came....so my advice would be to (I know its waaaay easier said then done) try to not think about it, and just go on about your normal routine....but like you said, by the end of the week, if she hasn't showed, I would call the DR.
