Do you have a 28-day cycle? If so, you probably ovulated before the condom incident. The egg doesn't last more than a day after ovulation, so you would be fine if you ovulated on schedule in a 28-day cycle. Also, did he ejaculate into the condom, or without? Was it a spermicidal condom? That makes a difference. Early pregnancy symptoms are often identical to PMS symptoms, and they are easy to talk yourself into. Food cravings and sore breasts/nipples are common PMS symptoms. Food cravings in pregnancy don't usually start this early. Also, implantation takes 6-10 days, so you wouldn't normally feel symptoms until your period is almost due.

If your cycle is normally 30 days, you probably ovulated around day 15, but there's no way to be positive. Ovulating around day 17 would be pretty late. You would know of he was wearing the condom when he ejaculated because there would have been fluids inside of it. If it was a spermicidal condom, that greatly reduces the chances that you could be pregnant, even with spillage. Stress can make your period late, so keep that in mind. Also, if you test the day it's due and get a negative, you're most likely not pregnant. False negatives are very rare.

From this point on, I'd suggest spermicidal condoms and a spermicidal lube at the very least. Please get on some form of birth control, unless you're physically unable. It wouldn't be fair to you, your new boyfriend, or your families to have a baby this soon.
