Hey Sammy, we were in May DD together 2 years ago! My son was born May 17th.. how funny. Congrats on your BFP and welcome to April.

I'm surprised most of you have all had ultrasounds! I'm not even scheduled until 18th for a first visit which I doubt they will even do an US!!

Wow, this is crazy and now we are back here again and due in the same month 2 years later hehe.
I haven't really been on much until now since I got a BFP, I was looking for the Momma Due in May 2010 forum (but couldn't find it)

9/7 is my official first OB appt which I think is weird since I have had 2 ultrasounds and seen the nurse practitioner twice because of my low progesterone. It seems like my doctor's office is a little disorganized but hopefully after this appointment it will feel more routine.

It's my very first appt (also with a new dr) so they will go over what happens at my 1st trimester screening/history and I will get an ultrasound (yay!)

Ugh the military doctors are all over the place, went to my appointment today (history screening crap) so my next OB appointment is the 17th and my 1st ultrasound is the 24th of September.

My 1st soon was yesterday n I was able to see the baby, n the baby had a great heart beat... I admit that I cried... N my next app is on the 13th with the dr... (sorry still new at this n don't know all the lingo) gd luck to everyone

Bleh what a mess!! I was scheduled with my old OB, then they called and said I needed a referrel from my PCP!? Appearantly it's a new policy, has anyone ever heard of that?

Anyway after calling my PCP and not being able to get in until the 28th I found a different OB.. Needless to say I have an appointment the 11th at a different office. I'm a little anxious because I've never been there before and I see a nurse first for chart and bloodwork stuff and then schedule for a dr appt/US at 11W

I have never heard that anyone needs a referral to see an OB/GYN! Sounds like they are prbably turning away a lot of patients and potential revenue!

I have an appointment Monday 9/10 that is technically my first OB eval (even though I have been there for shots and had 2 US already) and another ultrasound.

It was interesting... They showed it on the screen, but u can't hear it... They said it was perfect I just wish I remember wht the beat was gd luck n congrats again to everyone

My first appointment with a new doctor is today! September 11th.. I'm nervous. I didn't want to change offices but my old one is doing some strange things, asking for a referrel?? Anyway I couldn't get an appointment FOR A REFFEREL until next week so I moved on. It's okay I didn't really like the other office that much anyway and it had lots of bad memories from my MC but I do miss the doctor he was extremely nice and the most understanding person I dealt with during my loss.
