Before I opened the thumbnail it looked like just one. All I did was zoom the post on my iPad and you can't see the red circles. I'm curious good luck!

I have 13 week old identical boys... My early ultrasound was definately more profound than that. But everyone is different. The area on the right definately yes, questionable on the left..
On my ultrasound you could definately see two babies, they were just about on top of each other. Good Luck!!! KUP!!! I am very curious to see what develops in the next few weeks!!!

the reason i'm thinking it is cause i'm not even supposed to be able to see a gestational sac/ egg yolk that early! i was actually 4 weeks and a half but he wrote 5 weeks exactly because of the size of the sac on the right! i had to zoom in too before i even thought anything :-) he said if i wasn't skinny i wouldn't have been able to even see that sac! i got hives today it sucks! i read 99% of women don't get them and it's an indicator of a boy and/or multiples lol! i hope it's girls though :-) i expect it to be much more profound my next ultrasound if it is twins ^_^

congrats on your boys by the way!!! so great!!!!

My girls were also in seprate sacs, but I have to agree with MxMomma. There is definatly something on the right, but I think what your seeing on the left is just "snow" on the u/s... But again, it's harder to tell for sure since you put the red ovals on the picture.
