    Default Bed Rest Boredom

I know some of you have endured long BR's...any suggestions would be appreciated on things to do!
I've been here at the hospital for 19days and counting. I'll be 32 weeks Friday, YAY! ( posting from my phone doesn't show my ticker). Baby a is breech and has cord has dropped into my thinned out cervix, so I won't be going anywhere until baby a sits his butt down or I deliver. As baby a hasn't moved the entire pregnancy I'm not sure I'm leaving here anytime soon...I do think they may schedule a c-section around 34ish weeks to circumvent prola

Prolapse of the cord (if it gets pinched and goes through the birth canal first it will cut off baby a's oxygen-not good).
So just looking for support and ideas
Thanks as always for being here

I was on hospital BR for 8 weeks with our angel DD. I did a lot of exploring new hobbies during that time - I learned to crochet, took up scrapbooking, watched lots of chick flicks, read several books, and did lots of internet surfing. It can get very lonely fast, I know. Hang in there Momma!!!

I learned how to do the sudoku puzzles...Ok I can't spell but hopefully you get it lol... I also beame friends with transport and the ladies in the prenatal monitoring unit/non stress tests and ultrasounds(I got one-two a day of each at minimum) I was also lucky to have a decent view out my window and did a lot of people watching lol.. Ok so I was very very bored! But busy at the same time!!! Good luck momma! It sucks but sooo worth it in the end!

Thx ladies! I got out of the hospital last Friday and am now on Bedrest at home. Still very boring but much better tv, food and windows!

Great news that you got out of the hospital. I'm on semi-bed rest at home. I'm supposed to rest as much as possible and leave the house as little as possible, so I know how boring it can get. I'm spending way too much time online (Words with Friends is fun, if you like Scrabble) and just trying to get things organized for twins. Not much help, but lots of sympathy for you!

Thx, Sugar&Spice! Don't over do it! Take it easy
On a good note the docs may take me off strict Bedrest sometime around 34weeks if I continue to stay stable! That would be wonderful as my DH set up the nursery and I really want to get in there and organize!
