Week late period with unusal symptoms
Since a year ago, my period has been pretty irregular. It can be delayed or I'll just skip a month sometimes but my recent cycle is really off. I missed my period last week but I continued to have the occasional cramps and breast tenderness ever since. I had one spot of blood during the second day I was suppose to get my period and nothing after that. I has these feeling at the bottom of my throat which feels like nausea but it's not. I feel like I want to (but I know I won't) throw up during and after meals. I burped air a lot. My lower abdominal became very bloated during the week of my missed period........So one week after my period is due, I woke up with constant period cramps (cramps I would get with my actual period) and when I went to the washroom and wiped, I saw light blood on the tissue. The cramps started to feel more intense then it kinda eased off and no blood half hour later. Does this mean my period was just late again and I am having it now? It's just so weird, I've never missed a period and continue to have occasional cramps and breast tenderness (unless this is just my body's way of telling me it's just changing and I was simply experiencing premenstrual symptoms)?? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks everyone.
Update: So the cramps came back within the hour. I felt weak, light headed, and hot. I kinda felt like I wanted to throw up. Went to the washroom and the second I sat down, floods of huge dark blood clots came out. The amount is what I would get in two periods, if not one. There were no blood. Just blood clots. My cramps intensified. I started bleeding shortly after but it's not heavy. I would say it's closer to light. Took pain killers to ease the cramps and laid down for about 2 hours. Checked and the bleeding have stopped....for now. What can this be?
