We've noticed a change in behavior when DD eats frankenfoods. We asked the pedi and she strongly recommended going preservative free.
Where do I start? I try to give her some whole foods (usually fruit) but what else can I give a kid who loves nutragrain bars and yogurt? She's 3 so tough to eat raw veggies aren't really something we can do just yet. I need some ideas for quick snacks besides fruit because I work full time.
I am gluten and sugar free but she can have these things without a problem. We have a Whole Foods in town and are getting a Trader Joe's in a couple of weeks so i have access to stores that carry this stuff.
I feel like I should know this and feel stupid for asking.
