need help real bad, confused beyond belief

hi, does anyone know how someone could continue bleeding after being pregnant?.. and if the reason why i'm still getting my period is the reason for a false negative pregnancy test.. or am i foolish for believing i'm pregnant? i believe i'm pregnant because in the first couple months i was getting morning sickness and now i'm sharp lower stomache pains, and also, i feel as if my breasts are getting bigger and my lower abdomen is getting harder.. am i sick or pregnant? should i make a doctor appointment?

It's unlikely but possible. You should definitely see a doctor - one reason to get what looks like your period during pregnancy is due to an ectopic pregnancy, which can be life threatening. I would treat this as a medical emergency if it has been going on for a few months.
