spotting for a week?

I am almost 6 wks pregnant, TTC for 6 yrs and 2 miscarriages. This pregnancy, I am experiencing mild cramps and every time I go to the bathroom, I have brown discharge on the tissue. It's not a lot, just after each urination and it's been almost a week. Went to dr., he says he has no answers, just wait it out. Had vaginal sono today and it was painful. Saw sac, low progesterone, so dr. put me on an oral 200 mg dosage daily and doesn't want me back for 2 weeks. Anyone else experience something like this? Thanks for listening... time and prayers is the only answer I know...

Hmmm well other than progesterone did everything look alright? Cramping and some bleeding are actually normal during the first trimester. I've actually had quite a bit of the cramping also. One of my pregnancies I bled heavily for a full day. As in, I left a trail of blood from the car, through the waiting room, down the hall and into the exam room at my docs office ad the baby and I were fine. Hopefully everything will be looking good at the next appt and your progesterone will be normal. Here's hoping!
