    Default Uh oh! Help!

Hi. So I am not currently trying to get pregnant, but I believe that I may be, so I'm looking for some second opinions before I go get a test. I am on bc, but I must say that I am terrible at remembering to take the pill. My long term boyfriend and I use protection on and off, but there are more times than not that we do not. Recently around the day that I was supposed to start my period (two Sundays ago 7/4) I had some light spotting that only lasted about two days. I've had cramping in my lower abdomen, nausea, and aversion to certain foods like cheeseburgers that I used to be fine around. I also had a UTI last week.

Am I just over reacting and maybe my periods late because of the missed pills? Or should I get a test?

I really think you should test! Spotting is normal so if that was suppose to be your period you should get an accurate result.

You should test but I was terrible with my pill too and never had an oops in the 10 years I was on it. It does happen though. It could be you screwed up the start date of your period with the late pills. Also if I messed my pills up I would often get break through bleeding or spotting. Good luck!

Take a test and see for sure. My friend got pregnant by missing one pill.

You can get break through bleeding and weird periods by missing or taking a pill late. I would think that this is more what is going on with you but you could also become pregnant by missing or taking a pill late. So, I would also test to know for sure either way.
