Am I pregnant?

I have one son already. When I had him it was clear cut, I missed my period, was throwing up for three months and there was no question to it.

Lately, my boyfriend and I have been having unprotected sex, he uses the "pull out" and I know that that is not actually effective. I did get my period but it was atleast three days early and it only lasted about two days. My period is usually exactly thirty days later and last for a week. Starts out heavey and gets lighter after about three days. This one was very light the whole period. I usually go through a box of tampons in one period but this time I didn't even use a half of a box. I had all the normal signs that it was going to start about week before, like my breast hurting and cramps.

Now I feel extremely tired all the time and on occasion am sick to my stomache.

What I wanna know is if I am possibly pregnant and if I am are pregnancies usually the same, like how obvious it was to me the first time I was pregnant, wouldn't it be that way for round two as well?

Have u taken a test? Every pregnancy is different so idk if you'll have a simalar pregnancy. But test you should get an accurate result

Take a test.
My pregnancies were polar opposites of each other.
And I'd get on some birth control..

Yes, all of my pregnancies have been different, too. If what you had wasn't a period you should be able to test now and get an accurate result. If that was a period and you keep having unprotected sex/pull out method this pregnancy test wouldn't let you know yet if you are newly pregnant.
