That is hilarious! And so true. A lot of the folks who choose "peaceful, gentle" parenting can sure get vitriolic with other mamas if they don't share their views. There is an "alternative mothers" group in my area that a neighbor belongs to. She's asked me to come to some of their events, and it's funny because even though I share almost all of their views, parent very similarly and would doubtless fit right in, I just can't stand the judgmental tone I've read in some of their emails. Even when it's stuff I agree with! I just ... ugh. Feels like high school all over again sometimes.
