    Default Semi Update

Sorry I didn't post earlier today to update. I've had a wild ride today. I woke up and instantly tested, all excited thinking for sure I'd get a better result. Well...it was about the same...light line, maybe but so hard to tell. I was just sick of looking for it and wasn't sure it was there. I know it was on one that I took but I was starting to wonder if it was a false positive or something. And then I started thinking back to when I was pregnant before and got a positive at 11DPO and realized how stupid it was that I started testing at 8DPO. Since 7-9DPO is the most common implantation time it's highly likely I just didn't implant when I thought when I had that spot of blood...that could have been from progesterone irritation (I did have a UTI also), or could have been a little breakthrough bleeding or leftover from O. Who knows? So I decided I wasn't pregnant and thought I was an idiot and cried and cried and cried and had three major meltdowns where I was sure we'd never try again, never have a child, I was so over feeling so sad. Then my mom asked what would help and I sat there for a minute and took stock of my symptoms and said I wished I had another test. Lol. She humored me cause my mom rocks and she took me to the pharmacy and bought me some CBE tests. Well...after a 3 hour hold I got a light line but one that you can actually see and that shows up on camera. I'll go ahead and post it here. I'm not calling it positive for sure yet. I do trust this test even though it's a blue dye. The line came up in the proper time frame and I could see it without squinting...looks better in person of course. I'm not calling it positive until I see a good line. If you don't see it that's okay. It is very light. Just be kind to me I've had a rough day. Lol. I am feeling better now and I think there's a good chance that since this one was this afternoon maybe a good positive is in my future over the next few days. We'll see...

Thanks ladies! Your support is so wonderful I don't know why I didn't post sooner. Lol. This one was from this afternoon so if it's the real deal I think it'll show up tomorrow. I hope it's not a bad blue dye. It's such a nice high tech test. Lol. Really easy to use and results came up quickly and in person the line looks right. Not smeared or anything like I've seen on a lot of blue dyes before. It was expensive too so hopefully that contributes to it's reliability. Lol. I was feeling worse as the day went on...like a lot worse. Hormonal like crazy and the BBs man...I can barely lift my arms...all good signs. I hope to have a good update tomorrow. I'll update in this thread and I'll update even if it's not good news. Thanks again for all of the wonderful support!

Well ladies I too have become a victim of the blue dye tests and have another friend who got a false positive on them on the same day same test too. This morning there was still a lightish sort of line on the blue dye but it was lighter than yesterday and looked like it disappeared later. The Wondfo was negative. I absolutely had lines on the Wondfos earlier in the week but they were so light I wasn't sure what to call them. Now I'm saying evaps on those too. Something really should have shown up by this morning considering I've been feeling "pregnant" for 5 days now. I'm done with testing and just waiting on AF to show now which will probably be late since I'm on progesterone. I think we're going to try one more cycle and then maybe look into other options. I can't keep doing this to myself all the time and it's just so much harder after having a m/c. I was born with a pretty serious illness and all of these monthly treatments and all really affect that, especially in the fall and winter which aren't good months for me. So I can't keep this up forever. I can also officially say that I will never test early like this again and that I don't trust any hpt anymore. They all seem to have problems. I wish everyone lots and lots of luck and hope that there are many BFPs on here very soon!

Hi ladies! Sorry I haven't updated. I just needed a little break. I called the doc this morning and told them of my severe side effects to the progesterone and they said it was okay to stop it since all of my pregnancy tests are still negative and AF can show anywhere from today to Thursday depending how Femara affects my LP. I was just on it anyway as a precautionary measure. Hopefully I'll feel better now and we can readdress how to deal with all of this since I know they won't let me take it next cycle now. At least not in this form...I fell asleep driving twice. That was enough to convince them it's not for me. Lol.
