10 weeks pregnant had my first doc appt yesterday, so happy to say we are having twins, such a blessing!!

I finally understand why i have been abnormally tired and extra hormonal!

I had my first ultrasound yesterday and my doc didn't tell me if they were identical or fraternal, is it too soon to tell, how can we tell?
