Today was my first day. It was NUTS!!!!! 59 more days.....
my sister and her husband did it several times. She's now training for a marathon. (She's a former competitive distance runner who hadn't trained for years, had two kids in two years and got out of eercise altogether.) They love it and if I can every find the time (really, I'm trying), I want to do it, too.
I can't do anything with high impact, so Insanity would pretty much be put of the question. I've found ways to get the weight off and get fit with primarily strength training. Down to 113.5 lbs, which is the lowest I've been in years. Got a few more to go, to get rid of this ab fat.
I would like to do it when I have more time...hopefully with DH's new job and hours, that will happen soon!
This is my first exercise, id run and walk when i was pg tho, since i gave birth almost 2 months ago. I love it and been wanting to do it for a while. I'm a very active gal and LOVE exercise :o) It kicked my ass though lol.
I'm working up to Insanity.
I made a goal to complete 30 days of exercises. My goal for making it through the entire 30 days will be either P90X or Insanity. I'm thinking it will more than likely be P90X because I keep hearing that Insanity is bad on the knees.
Good luck to you!! You'll have to post your before and after pictures!
I got it about a month ago, did a couple days and kept finding excuses not to do it . Just started back up again, and got my sister in on it too (she runs half-marathons, and the fitness test killed her today). It's kicking my butt, but it feels so good after I do it! Hopefully having someone else doing it along with me will keep me motivated.
Ha, I just heard about this and saw the infomercial and thought it looked...well insane! I like that it is only 40 minutes but I don't know if I could keep up even in the least.
