How much do you want to spend? Do you want patterned cloth of just plain ones? I love my GMD workhorses. They are only $10 each and really work well - but they aren't patterned like a Goodmama or an EllieMae Baby, etc.

Plain is fine, they will just be for home, out I'll have a xover on them. I have 6 workhorse diapers in my cart. I am just second guessing myself thinking maybe there is something betterare they very absorbant? I have to convince my kids they won't get soaked if they are holding her
I have some mother ease one size that aren't enough without a doubler.
My kids are very big wetters. I have at least three inserts in all of my pockets (one of which is hemp and at least one is cotton). I do put extra stuff in my workhorses (a hemp or a cotton) but that makes them even good enough to go overnight (no one eats at night, though).

I've used Goodmamas for 3 years and I adore them. Little boppers are a reasonable alternative to GMs, they'll fit a little longer than GMs too, I think/it seems. (For the late to potty learn). Both fit my newborn (born 7.5 lbs, 8lbs before her legs were big enough for OS.) and my 3 year old (the LB more comfortably.) I like that the LB includes another, snap in, doubler, a rise snap protector, and you can get them in "hybrid" so they're more waterproof BUT still breathable. I got one of these as a tester, it's bulk is about the size of a GM, and it works great. I love it, if I liked the snaps better (and if D was bigger framed) I'd buy a lot more. I prefer GMs for the fit on my skinny kids, the LBs are awesome for toddlers and LOs with a big build.
