Default Got me some goodies ;-) and need some advice PLEASE

So, I ordered my Wondofo strips...YAY....first time I have done this and actually am going to use them every day!!! I also got fertile Tea or whatever it is called. Any success with this??? Please share and I got Pre-seed. Last month even though I had EWCM I was dry when we dtd, so I will try maybe a small amount to see if that helps

I really want to temp but I am afraid it will be too much stress. Can I just temp after O lol or does that not count?!? I also forgot how to make my chart, so if anyone wants to help, I would be so grateful

So, I am hearing so many things on when to DTD and when NOT to and how to lay, etc. So one person said to WAIT until I get a Pos OPK, but then wouldn't the build up contain dead sperm? Or would it be more potent? I also heard to DTD at CD 10 and then again when I get my Pos OPK. I heard laying on your stomach for the night will help the swimmers get up there, I have also heard the legs in the air, or butt elevated on a pillow.

I feel like I am new to this, but we are actually TRYING for the 2nd month in MANY months and post surgery.....

I have a good feeling about this cycle, I hope I am right....then youngest DD and I share a bday month and DBF and the baby would share their bday month...VERY COOL :-)

    I am so excited!!!!

Thanks for any help, input, suggestions, and advice you can offer!!!!!!!!!!!

I know people on here recommended fertile tea, and the preseed should def. help you! I've never heard to wait until you are ovulating to DTD. In fact I was told to DTD before, because the CM holds the sperm for around 24hrs. I've also heard every other day because it will help the swimmers to "rebuild." Has DBF had a SA? I have heard the legs in the air or butt on a pillow, I'm not sure how well it works, but I know that too much activity after is not really a good idea.
For charting I would use fertilityfriend.com. It is free, easy to use and easy to read. You can use it only to chart symptoms and such, not just temperature. It wouldn't really help to temp after because the reason for temping is to pinpoint O and then to see if AF is arriving. You wouldn't miss the rise for O, and you wouldn't really get a good picture of your coverline. However, it might help to see if you have AF coming if you drop. I recommend temping because it helps to see if you have problems you are not aware of, and it also gives me peace of mind to know where I am. In fact this cycle, my temp looks so good and it's making me feel excited about my chances!!! But I understand that it's not for everyone!!!!
in whatever you do and decide!!! I can't wait to see you with a BFP!!!!

Lunarmoon gave you great suggestions, all I can add is my experience with FertiliTea and PreSeed. We were having no luck for months, so I ordered both of those. The first cycle we used them was the one we got our BFP. Good luck!

i use the soft cups or instead they just hold it all there so if you do it in the morning you don't have to lay so long and they are easy to use

TO reduce stress about temping I would start temping about 10 days before your usual O And stop after O is confirmed. 3 or 4 temps after O. The only reason to temp is to confirm O. So temping after O is not even necessary. And can give false hope or fears. Sounds like you have a lot of great stuff for this cycle! My FX for you!

Thanks for all the amazing advice....I got my strips today and want to pee on one (haha) but it's way too early...I am on CD8. This last cycle I was 28 days, so I am wondering if the surgery is going to make me NORMAL again and not 31 days....hmmm. I can't wait to try everything and see where it leads...thanks for all the advice and support!!!! I was devastated last cycle but it was our first month trying and my body is trying to get back to normal...oh, I am praying we ALL get BFPs this cycle :-) TTC is so hard...

That's interesting, I haven't actually heard of this before. How well do you think it works?

We used pre-seed and mucinex to conceive this time, only took one cycle (extremely lucky for us, but I can't help think it was the extra "stuff" up in there). Never tried the instead cups, but maybe with the next baby. All good info!

When did you start the mucinex? I am hesitant about the fertilitea because it has mixed reviews but I think I am going to try anyways....what do I have to lose...maybe just even a cup a day or whenever I feel like drinking it Thanks for all the wonderful advice!! I want to try the instead cups, too....that way I don't feel I can't get up LOL

okay i have to admit this is all new informaiton to me. for those of you who have used these items could you please share... I have never heard of instead cups, and not exactly sure how you are all using Mucinex or the fertilitea. I am being diligent with temping and charting CM, but anything I can add the routine I am happy to try. Thanks for sharing ladies, I am learning so much (and coming to realize that there is so much that i don't know).

I drank a cup or two of the FertiliTea every day, there's instructions on the bag on how to brew it. The PreSeed is a good lube that is sperm-friendly and you can get at most drug stores. We only used it once, on the day I o'd, but it seems to have worked !
I've never used Mucinex because I take thyroid meds and that interacts. I looked into the cups, but never tried them...the thought of it just grossed me out (sorry).
