Update...just got home from first OB visit

They're saying about 9 weeks at the moment, but I have a dating ultrasound on the 26th, bloodwork on July 2nd, and they're sending me to an endocrinologist for my thyroid. They were very nice and very friendly :-)

Thanks everyone! I'm so relieved to have seen the baby. The little alien was moving all over the place, and I saw the little flicker of the heartbeat too! The OB did the ultrasound himself, just to put my fears to rest. He was very nice. He also called in a prescription for that stuff to keep me from being sick (can't remember the name), but it won't be ready until tomorrow.

Oh, almost forgot...they didn't charge me at all. They said that they don't charge until the baby is born, and then they'll bill the insurance company first. I'm so happy they do it that way, and so glad I took people's advice and called the Dr in the first place.

Yes, that's the stuff! My last OB (with DD) was a jerk, and his office staff treated everyone like they were beneath them. I was worried I'd get people like that again. I'm so glad they were nice!
