    Default Could it be?

Ok, first of all I feel a little dumb asking this because, second my husband has had a vasectomy in July '10 (and no I haven't slept with anyone else) and third I had my period last week and we just DTD last sunday. I know the chances are none but I can't think of anything else.
Since yesterday I've been feeling a light pain and "heaviness" in my uterus...today I woke up even worse, it's crampy and still feel heavy and I feel bloated, my lower back is hurting really bad too.
Like I said, I had my period last week (05/26-05/30) and me and DH DTD last sunday (05/03), that's also why I think it can't be, but what else could it be?
I'm also having trouble sleeping, feeling fainty, dizzy and extremely hungry.

That is all related to your body preparing to ovulate. Some months you can't feel it at all, and other months it can be quite noticeable and uncomfortable. I would say with 100% assurance that based on everything you are describing, you are NOT pregnant, but ovulating.

If you started you period 5/26 you're on day 13 which is actually a pretty typical ovulation range. Our bodies are nuts and signs that we've never had before for things like ovulation pop up all the time!

^^^^ Both of these. I getta dull crampy sensation when gearing up to O. You LMP would put your sensation right on track for O. And if you had your AF chances of your being pg from last cycle are almost 0. Chances of you being pg this cycle are almost 0 as well, and that is if you did O early and your dh's tubes grew back. Without those 2 slim possibilities being true your chances are a certain 0 for being pg from this cycle.

I would say its O or cysts. However I would go to the gyno to find out for sure. KUP

I would say that lines up with the sensations being just ovulation. Rest assured, the chances of you getting or being pg are almost none.

Its unlikely to be pregnant with permanent sterilization but, did your husband get all the sperm checks done?
