Reluctant pooper
My 2 1/2 yr old DD has recently become potty trained at home for pee, except for overnight; she has stayed dry for naps and is working on PTing at school too, so is wearing a pullup there. She's so reluctant to poop in the potty! We had a few successes and 1 big success and then the next time she went in her underwear (SO very messy, this has happened twice), and then again the next time in her pullup at school and at home. DH was mad and took away all her toys and sent her to bed early last night for pooping right there near him (he didn't even see her do it) and she didn't tell us. She didn't seem to care that all her stuff was taken away and went to sleep in about 15-20 minutes! (at 8:00 vs the usual 9pm or after).
Any advice on how to encourage using the potty for poo? We don't want to regress back to diapers and she says "yes" sometimes when we tell her we'll put her crib back up (she got a twin bed about a month ago), and sometimes says she's a baby and not a big girl. I know she's kinda stuck between wanting to be big and wanting to be a baby still, but DH will have none of that! Help!!
