Anyone have a good chocolate cake recipe? I'm having a few of my daughter's friends from library class over, and she wants to have a chocolate birthday cake. . .

i made this for r's party (3 times actually since i did 2 test cakes - 1 as directed, 1 with normal sugar) and everyone LOVED it.

I don't know if you are particularly looking for something healthy, but this cake rocks! I made a double recipe into a sheet cake and then topped it with a regular unhealthy texas sheet cake frosting. Nobody knew is was any different than your standard texas sheet cake.

eta: I just realized this is in the NFL room (I was just browsing new posts) so fyi, this cake recipe includes whole wheat flour, shredded zucchini, applesauce...lots of good stuff.
