    Default substituting honey for sugar

I am trying to decrease the amount of sugar I use in recipes and would like to substitute honey. Do I use an equal amount? I am going to make waffles tomorrow, and it calls for a T of sugar, so would I just use a T of honey?

I would rather use my old recipes and sub instead of finding recipes that call for honey.

I think you can use a little less to achieve the same sweetness when you use honey.

Half. Honey is much sweeter than sugar.
