My tubes were tied 5 years ago. I have had regular periods. My last period was in March so I took a pregnancy test May 4 that said I was pregnant today I started bleeding but I am having no pains or problems. I'm nauseous and fatigued am I pregnant?

I would definitely get into the doctor due to the risk of it being a ectopic/tubal pregnancy.

I have a coworker who had her tubes tied and later got pregnant at age 52. She miscarried shortly after. I would definitely call your doctor.
