    Default Sunburn

We were outside all day today and nobody thought to put sunscreen on anybody. Zora is pretty burnt. What can I do to help her?

Aloe (I keep mine in the fridge, the cool feels soooo good!) and ibuprofen.

Also, when I get them (luckily my kids don't burn) I hate baths/showers so maybe a cool cloth instead of a bath?

I second aloe. I am very fair skinned and have had my share of unintentional sunburns in my life and aloe takes the sting out. I hope it fades quickly for her!

Vinegar!! One time my mom and I both got really sunburnt and she did vinegar soaks and I didn't because I didn't like the smell. She was fine the next day while mine took what seemed like weeks to heal.

Vinegar and ibuprofen! If the vinegar really works for her, she shouldn't need more than a day (a couple doses) of ibuprofen.

Dab a cool tea bag on it. The tannin in tea also helps take the sting out of sunburn.
