    Default What's that smell??

EVERYTHING is killing my nose. I walked into the house yesterday after taking my son to school and wanted to die, it smelled horrible. My house is not overly clean persay (i have 3 under 5 lol) but its not DIRTY and there was certainly nothing that should make it smell! Then I go back to the van to get something I forgot adn the van smelled. Today the smell of my daughter's nutrigrain bar made me almost lose my breakfast. Everything stinks. My nose is on crazy overload right now. This is starting way earlier than it ever has before! Needless to say, I spent most of yesterday scrubbing my house down top to bottom. I'm not even nearly finished but I do feel better that there is no funk in the air Anyone else w/ a crazy sniffer??

Lol, yes! It started one day when the smell of the disinfectant at the deli was crazy strong. I looked around to see if it was bothering anyone else, because I was so surprised that it was so strong, and they all seemed fine so I figured it was just me.

I've noticed that a lot of places seem to smell weird or just plain bad. It's started to come on with food but not as strong yet.

But, I do ask my DH to take out the trash like every day, poor guy!

I work at the local food bank and work directly with many homeless people, a couple days ago while talking to one of our homeless clients I almost threw up because the smell was so bad. I felt pretty horrible about it. I brought in one of my scentsy warmers to help with some of the bad smells i encounter.

We took DS to the aquarium today for his birthday. BAD IDEA!!! That placed wreaked of fish and made me feel so sick. And then we went to the grocery store and I could smell the seafood counter from 2 isles away. I can safely say that I will not be eating or getting near any fish this pregnancy...or at least the first trimester! Yuck!!!

Oh, I can relate to the aquarium!! The store I work in has a trout pond and a game-fish aquarium with a 40-foot waterfall. I had to walk over the trout pond yesterday, and I almost vomited right in the middle of the store!!

My dh's family was here this weekend and they are ruthless when it comes to tooting...they don't care who they are around and the stinkier the better. I was about to beat the snot out of bil b/c he stunk me out of my own house twice. They don't know yet so I coudln't explain why it was so bad to me...he actually made me throw up last pregnancy and came pretty close this time already. My sniffer only gets more heightened the further along I get so this is going to be fun!

I have a 10-year-old dog that does the same thing to me!! I can't remember it being this bad with DD or DS...maybe it gets worse as i get older?
