Urgent: Pre-cum, Possible Pregnancy?

I am under a great deal of stress right now. My girlfriend and I were having sex today when the condom broke. I pulled out immediately after I felt it was broken. I did not ejaculate inside of her but I am afraid that pre cum that might have went inside might get her pregnant. Her period ended just yesterday and the last I ejaculated was last night. I urinated several since then and before we had sex today. What are the chances that she may be pregnant? There is so much contradicting information out there and I need to know what will happen from here. Please help.

I think birth control pills for her to take daily would be a better option, but I guess it couldn't hurt to have plan B around also. I know there are a lot of ladies who don't like plan B for various reasons.

Honestly, I think if she takes the morning after pill now, then you'll be back on here again in 3-4 weeks with another panicked post thinking she's pregnant again, because her cycle is all screwed up from taking it. It is pretty unlikely that she would have been near her fertile time of ovulation if her period was just ending (not impossible, but unlikely), and even more unlikely that she would have gotten pregnant from any amount of pre-ejaculate that could have leaked out through the condom. Perhaps she should either visit her doctor to get on some form of birth control, or visit her local planned parenthood.
