God works in mysterious ways...

I've lived in Washington for 6 years. During that time, I went to church off and on. Someone would invite me to their church, so I'd go a couple of times, and then stop going.

I don't remember when exactly but I was invited to a different church last year. The boys and I got dressed and off we went. I got lost and since we were already dressed for church, I went to the closest one. The church is amazing. The people are so friendly and made me feel at home. They also have a wonderful kids ministry that my boys love. I'm just sad that it took me so long to make this decision and to start going to church consistently.

It blows me away that I found the church atmosphere that I was looking for 'on a whim.' It had to be God's work. ;)


It's been awhile since I've posted in here. I hope that you and your families are all doing well.

That is wonderful! It is amazing when you can clearly see God's hands at work in our life. Many times we don't see what he is doing until much later.

I love hearing stories like this! I know it was God's work that led me to our church, too. Jess is right that we often don't see His hands at work until after.
