Please help

I am a week late. Monday (5 days ago) I had spotting. It was a light pink. I thought this was the beggining of my period but it wasn't and I haven't bled since. I took a pregnancy test on Wednesday and it was negative. It said to wait three days and take it again. I am taking it tomorrow morning. I'm wondering if it says negative again what shouldn't I do? What could this mean?

Also, I looked at early pregnancy signs and I have alot of them. Urinating more, being tired, headaches and backaches. I also feel really bloated.

It could mean a lot of things...stress, urinary tract infection, pregnancy...you don't know without either a positive test or a trip to the clinic. When you're stressed about possibly being pregnant (especially if you don't want to be) your body can react by having a late cycle, or even skipping it altogether. If you get another negative, maybe see a clinic or your doctor for tests to make sure everything's ok. Usually this early in a pregnancy, the symptoms are exactly the same as your period symptoms....and they're also the same as a UTI (frequent urination, backaches, headaches).
