Could I really be pregnant??

Hello im new here and i have a few answers i would like to get an answer to first of all i think i may be pregnant but i don't know if this time is for real i took a home pregnacy test about a week ago it came out negative i've been craving lots of food and i have been having light cramping besides that im asleep most of the day im always tired, so today i took another pregnacy home test and it was positive could this be true am i really pregnant? I am waiting a few more days to see the doctor any suggestions?

Thank you girls you were right i went to the doctor yesterday and she confirmed it I AM PREGNANT!!! now i have to set up an appoinment with my OB-GYN thanks for your responses girls
