With my 5th baby, I instinctually knew something was "different" with my body and I could possibly be pregnant. I took several home pregnancy tests with different time of day urine samples and got negative results. I went to a "clinic" to take a free pregnancy test under an assumed name and they said their test came back positive. I was still uncertain.
I finally made an appointment with an OB and she was sweet but a smart alec none the less. I never told her or her staff I was doubting if I was pregnant or not, as a matter of fact I had never spoken to her before or seen her before. She was totally new to me. But this woman was walking past me leaving a patient's room, she looked me up and down and states, "Yep, your pregnant!"
I was totally flabbergasted! I said, "Excuse me!"
She put down the chart she had in her hand and grabbed me by the hand and said, "Come with me."
I followed her into a room with an ultrasound. She told me to sit on the table and pull my pants below my waist. She gooped my belly and smiled as she stated, "See the baby?"
She gave me a towel and told me to clean up and that she would be with me shortly.
I sat there overwhelmed because of all of the negative home pregnancy tests I had been through and this woman looked at me for less than 30 seconds, fully clothed, and "KNEW" I was pregnant!
She said she had been in obstetrics so long she could do it in her sleep. And I believe her! She was awesome. Very kind, very polite, but very straight forward. She did not take shortcuts and she believed in complete care. I loved her.
Sorry to be so long winded

but I strongly suggest you go to a clinic or just make an appointment with you OB/Gyn.
