Are these signs of early pregnancy?

I am having pressure in my lower abdomen and when I start moving around too much I get menstrual like cramps and lower back pain. I have slight pressure when I lay on my stomach. I was on antibiotics a few weeks ago. I take birth control pills and had some bleeding during the second and third weeks of my pill pack. It was not like my normal periods and a lot of it seemed more like bloody discharge. When I was actually due to get my period, I didn't get it and still haven't even though I should have started my NEW pill pack yesterday. I took a home pregnancy test but it was negative (with both my previous pregnancies I always got negative results when taking home tests). Do these sound like early signs of pregnancy? Should I continue to refrain from starting my new pill pack until I'm sure one way or the other?

Antibiotics reduce the effectiveness of birth control pills. My friend concieved her son that way, so its definitely possible. I'd wait a little longer and test again. If its still negative and still no period, then maybe go to the doctor. Good luck.

I'm in the same boat, with the same symptoms. From what I have read up on, they are early signs of pregnancy.

Thats exactly how my friend got pregnant , taking antibiotics with BCP. It also sounds like implantation bleeding. Starting the new pack makes it so you wont get your period in case it was late...Go to the doctor and get a blood test. GLuck!
