could i be pregnant?

So my period should come in a week and half from today but I am having shooting pain similar to cramping in my stomach for the past couple days. My breasts are sore to the touch and after sex I get horrible cramping pain for awhile. Last month I missed the last three pills in my pack and started a day late but had sex the day before I started. I am ALWAYS good about taking my pills but just forgot somehow this month. I have been sore in my lady parts and luckily the dulling back pain has gone. I was on antibiotics for a month with probiatics to avoid yeast infections so I don't think it could be a uti. Any thoughts ladies would be appreciated. Thanks so much.

If you've missed your pills, and therefore had unprotected sex, then pregnancy is a possibility. Also, I don't know if you were aware of this, but antibiotics reduce the effectiveness of birth control pills. One of my friends concieved her son that way. The only way to know if you're pregnant is to wait til your period is due, and if it's late, then test. If you're not pregnant, and you don't want to be, you really need to make sure you're taking your pills, set an alarm on your phone maybe? Good luck.

Best of luck - you could be pregnant for sure. I agree with above - missing pills is bad and they always say to use another form of BC if you're on antibiotics. Also not sure if you heard, but pfizer just recalled a ton of BC pills because the formula was wrong and they're ineffective (nice huh?!). You're going to have to wait until AF is due and then test.

And I always had to set a reminder on my phone to take my pill - that's the only way I ever remembered!

I do have a reminder set on my phone just the pack fell out in his car and he went to work at the fire station. I waited till I was supposed to be on my period thinking I would be safe. I had no idea about antibiotics and its problem . Good thing to know for the future, I wonder if the birth control I am on is on that list.

If it were just the last 3 pills in the pack, it would indicate a medical issue if you're ovulating that close to scheduled AF... plus you had AF so that really shouldn't be it. As soon as I read antibiotics though, that I know can make BC useless. I think even the BC packet of information says to use an alternate form of BC if you are on antibiotics.

That and the Pfizer recall if you happened to be on one of those kinds of BC.

Hello everyone. I am new to this sight but have some questions. I am 35 years old (just turned 35 1 week ago) and have 3 children (all girls). I am always regular with my AF. I am 28 days and can tell you I start between 1-3am without fail. I have only been late 3 times since my AF started as a teenager. (my three girls). I am currently 6days late. I have taken 2 tests (1 at 2 days late and one today) and they were negative. They were not first morning pee. I know I need to wait and I will take another test on Tuesday. (this will be a first morning pee) I know for a fact I ovulated and I know they for 10 days (during Ovulation) I have unprotected sex with my husband. I really have no pregnancy symptoms. With my 3 prior children I had many clues to push me to believe I was pregnant. All I have now is:

Increased hunger
Missed AF
boating (my pants got extremely tight overnight)
headaches
acid reflux
and watery cm instead of AF
My smell has also been sensitive

I did not get any AF signs either. Right now I have dull lower back pain that is not like a normal AF sign. It doesnt even hurt. The longer I stand on my feet (working) the more uncomfortable it is. When I sit down it stops.

What do you guys think?????

Also...According to my ovulation charts I more than likely conceved on 1-15-12. On 1-17-12 I came down with a horrible cold (almost flu like) and I am still fighting now.
