Hey,

So while I wait for my appointment next month I decided to post something here to see if I can get some help. My Boyfriend and I had uprotected sex about 2 weeks ago, and lately I have been having a cramping pain in my lower stomach (nothing severe or painful), lower back pains, and my breast get a on and off soreness (never sore to the touch though), I have also been nauseous, and some dull cramps. My menstrual cycle is really out of whack. Just a few months ago I have been getting two periods in the same calendar month (rather annoying). So my question is can it be possible that I can Ovulate during a period and is it possible that I may be pregnant? I haven't taken a test yet I was going to wait a longer around when I should have my next menstrual cycle. I also have a doctors appointment as well soon. Hopefully this all makes sense.

Pregnancy is always possible when you have unprotected sex. Your symptoms sound like they could be PMS symptoms, too. Do you know why your periods have been out of whack?

Anytime you have unprotected sex, pregnancy is a possibilty. Wait until your period is due and then test if its late. If you don't want to be pregnant, I'd suggesting getting on birth control if you're not already pregnant. Good luck.

As far as two periods in one calendar month, it's possible. If you started your period on say like Jan 1st or 2nd, and had a 28 day cycle, you would start your period again at the very end of the month. Is that what you mean?

If you had sex about 2 weeks ago, then you're far enough from that that if you tested, you'd get a positive (if you're pregnant of course). When was the start of your last cycle and when do you expect your next?

You COULD get a positive. Some women don't a positive as quickly though.
