    Lunch today~

    1 cup baby spinach
    4 oz white albacore tuna
    1/2 TBS kraft mayo with olive oil
    seasonings

    1 small gala apple

    1 oz. pepper jack cheese

    YUMMY!

    Yes I'm down 23 lbs and am very thankful for that, however for the last 2.5 weeks I have been stuck at 154 and its making me crazed!!! I think I've hit some sort of plateau and no ladies, that is not an excuse. I have been at my calorie goal the whole time, have gotten in workouts, and am drinking more than enough water.
    Hmmm....guess I'll keep plugging away and hope the number starts to go down.

    On a positive note I have been feeling very good about my kettle bell workouts, I am getting stronger, have muscles in my arms woohoo! and am feeling more toned.

    I am about 125 days into this journey!

    No need to worry we're assuming it's an 'excuse'. I've been there twice so far on my journey. What helped me??? Change. I upped my caloric intake and modified my workout routine! You are 9.6 lbs. from goal...totally understandable! The last ones are the hardest to get off. Keep after it! Maybe change something up and see if that helps after a week. You can do it!

    Yesterday I did Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30 DVD! Wore my HR monitor and burned 400+ calories in 35 mins!

    Loved it, sore today, but proud of myself!

    Today's weight 151.8! I am almost to the 140's and cannot wait!

    My wedding rings are too big, I am wearing size medium shirts, and my pants size 10 are almost too big!

    I started this journey about 140 days ago and am so happy I did!

    So if you are lurking at this post, today is a great day to start eating better and start moving!!!
