Papa Murphy's Herb Chicken Mediterranean Delite is AWESOME!!! very very thin crust, spinach, chicken, herbs, and sun dried tomatoes. If you are craving pizza give it a try!

I agree! That's the only pizza I like from them. It's the best of you bake it outside on a grill!

Used my kettle bells last night for 45 minutes and burned 429 calories! My body is feeling it today. Its nice to know that I can still get a good burn doing strength activities vs. always getting on my treadmill.

    I used (2) 10lb kettles and (1) 35lb kettle.

Proud of myself as March is birthday month for my girls which means lots of cake and spring break vacation was thrown in there and I am still losing! One Non scale victory is getting back into my size 10 jeans and capris comfortably!

Wanted to share some progress pictures. The first picture is me in September 2009 at 180lbs, the second is me in March 2010 at 170lbs, and the third is me today March 2012 at 162lbs!

This journey has been like a yoyo the last couple years...weight watchers and lose, then gain, then lose, then gain. Finally I am having success using MFP and exercising at home with treadmill and kettle bells.

I'm down 15 pounds and am feeling great!

What a great job! YOu look like you lost a lot more weight since your shape has really improved but I think its because of all the great workout and kettle bells! Keep it up!

YUMMY- My new favorite recipe is my own invention...Quinoa and Chicken stuffed peppers!

I use 1 lb ground chicken breast, 1 cup cooked Quinoa, two stalks chopped celery, 1 lg carrot chopped, 1/2 chopped yellow onion, 1 pkg mccormicks chicken taco seasoning packet, 1 can fire roasted diced tomatoes or a can of rotel, 1 TBS canola oil. This will fill about 7 average sized bell peppers. I used red and green peppers.

Cook Quinoa as directed on pkg. Also steam peppers for about 10 mins until softish. In skillet heat celery, onions, carrots in oil, then add ground chicken. Add in cooked quinoa and tomatoes and seasoning. Fill peppers and bake for 20 mins at 350.

If you make 7 peppers each serving of the filling is around 150 calories and then you also have to add calories for the pepper. So each serving is less than 200 calories. Quinoa has good protein and these are delicious and reheat nicely for lunch the next day!

    Thanks Tif

    Todays lunch was delicious.

I took a large slice of yellow onion and chopped it finely, also chopped 7 white mushrooms. Sprayed a pan with pam cooking spray and cooked onions & mushrooms until soft, then added 3 oz. sliced rotisserie chicken and 2 cups+ baby spinach. Sprinkled on a little garlic salt and cooked until spinach was warm and wilted a bit.

    YUM!
