    Default No Excuses!

I started tracking calories on MFP on Monday 1/23. I walk on my treadmill at home about 45-60 mins per day and use my Polar FT7!

    ~No Excuses~

    1/23/12- weigh 177

    *update*
    6/14/12- weigh 151.8

    Good luck Joni!

I'm restarting WW today after taking a (stupid) break. We're almost the same starting weight!

    Today's workout:
35 mins on my treadmill at 3.5 mph and 4 incline. Burned 417 calories
30 mins cleaning my hardwood floors- burned another 300 calories!

Yep I love my HR monitor, it keeps me motivated to feel the burn!

Another treadmill workout today. This time I walked for 72 mins and burned 757 calories! I attribute this workout to having a good playlist of songs to keep me going and my husband was home to entertain our girls so I had uninterrupted time for ME!

    No excuses.

We went out to dinner tonight at Outback and I maintained control and stayed under calories on MFP! 6oz sirloin, sweet potato and salad with tangy tomato!

    Another favorite go to lunches:

    tuna patties

one large can solid white albacore tuna
    1 egg
    worchestershire sauce-Tablespoon
    salt and pepper
bread crumbs- just enough to make it dry enough to form into patties

cook with pam in a skillet couple minutes each side

this usually makes enough patties to have for lunch several days.

Hope this works! I made this motivational board today. Its on a canvas and is hanging right in front of my treadmill so I look at it while I work out. Just wanted to share.
I think if you click the picture you can see it larger.

That's pretty cool! If I had a treadmill or elliptical at home I'd make one, too!
