Default Does this sound like I'm pregnant?

Just fyi, I'm setting up a Dr appt in tomorrow, buuuuuuut.. I'll start from the beginning. First day of last period: Christmas-2011, ended Dec 30. around Jan. 12, I started having menstrual cramps and tiny sharp pains near both ovaries and a little tugging pain from the middle of my pelvis up to the bottom of my belly button. I never get those pains until my period is a week away. Last night I ate two small slices of cheese pizza, and I got sick. Today I had not even half of a chocolate shake and I got sicker than a dog. I am lactose intolerant, but it's NEVER been anywhere close to that bad. and I hear when you're pregnant, things like that can change. Today, I notices little purple stretch mark looking lines under my belly button, but they're not stretch marks and they weren't there this morning. Also, I woke up in the middle of the night last night almost thirsting to death, and I never get up in the middle of the night for anything. My boobs kind of started hurting, but it went away, and now they slightly hurt again. I still have 1 week and a few days until I'm supposed to get my period so I can't test yet. Does this sound like I could possibly be pregnant? and would a blood test at the Dr pick it up if I went this week and had it done?

If you've had unprotected sex, then pregnancy is always a possibility. If your AF is still over a week away then you're probably too early for a test (blood or urine) to pick it up if you are pregnant. I'd wait it out til AF is due and then test if it doesn't show up. Good luck.
