Only down a lb. I wondered why, only until I went to the bathroom and saw that AF had arrived. Seems SUPER early, like I just had her, but IDK. I can't remember exactly when I had her last. Anyway...a pound is a pound! I'll take it.

Time to kick it into high gear if I want to reach my first goal. Six weeks left puts me at 2.08 lbs. per week (to lose). I CAN DO IT!!!

Had a decent weekend. Went over calories on Saturday (had a bbq with friends). Made up for it yesterday, and then some. T-ball games started on Saturday (with a round robin), now we will have games twice per week. I know for the most part it will be on my m-w-f gym days. Going to have to just go with the flow and get to the gym on the days he doesn't have games. It will all work out. I am also going to pump up the frequency of my walking at lunch-time. I have kind of slacked, but I need the added exercise. 12.5 lbs to go (to first goal)....I CAN DO IT!

I just wanted to mention that in case anyone in here is having trouble with WW (as I did when I started it), I have lost 111 lbs in just over 6 months! DH has lost 113lbs in the same amount of time with a program called Take Shape For Life. My good friend is a health coach and can contact you if you are interested. You eat 5 medifast meals and one lean and green meal throughout the day. You have to eat every 2-3 hours. The food is tasty with bars, bites, pancakes, eggs, brownies, etc. The program is great about teaching you how to change your habits for long term success! Just thought I would share.
Thanks and good luck to you ladies!

Thank you for sharing that information. I am trying to stay away from all processed foods and those medifast meals are processed. Also, once you get off of them, then what?! I would much rather continue on the route I am going, which is working...I've lost 37.5 lbs. in 15 weeks. Eating healthy, non-processed foods, and exercising. Thanks again for sharing, though.

That's an AMAZING difference! Have you done any measurements? I feel like we've talked about that before but I can't remember! I'll bet if you have any measurements from anywhere near your beginning, comparing them to now will be quite a change!

    10 pounds-you've SO got this!

Unfortunately, I didn't start doing measurements until 2 months in. Since then, I've lost a total of 10.5 inches. 1.5 arms, .25 neck, 1.25 chest, 3.5 waist, 1 thighs, 3 hips. (As of last Wednesday)

    THANKS!

Down another 2. YAY!!! OMG...I'm 4 lbs. (well actually a little less) away from being back in the 100s. I CANNOT WAIT! It's been a LONGGGGG time. Around 4 years, I think. I'm also only 8 lbs. away from my first goal (the halfway mark), goal set for May 30. 28 days & 8 lbs. to go! Chugga chugga chugga chugga, toot toot! I think I can, I think I can!

I also just realized that this is the most weight I've ever lost at one time. Well, that was also the biggest I had ever been, but still...I came close before. The last time I lost weight I lost 28.25 lbs. and I had started at 235. A time before that I had lost around 30 lbs. on diet pills, but I was under 200 to start. The time before that, the first time I 'got serious' about weight loss (9 or so years ago), I had lost 38 lbs. That's when I got down to 139, my smallest in my adult life. I've surpassed all of that and I am soooo proud! Here's to losing a total of 58 more!

Here is a picture of me in 2005. I was probably about 140-145 here. This was the day of my college graduation...five months before I got married. This is where I want to be! (picture of a picture, not the best quality)

    THANK YOU!

I'm logging on MFP, following their guidelines to lose 1.5 lbs. per week (was 2 per until I hit a lull). Exercising 3-5 days/week. Total lifestyle change!

No loss for me today. I'm OK with that. Could be that I just didn't lose or that I'm ovulating. I did my measurements today, it's been four weeks since my last measure on Apr. 18. I've lost 3.25 inches since then. I'm happy with that!

Well, I didn't meet all of my first goal. I still have 2.5 lbs. to go until I lose my first 50. I did however, make it under 200!!! YAY!!! 198.5 this morning. I think I would have met goal if there wasn't a week and a half break from the gym, a week before now. My husband had car trouble and we ended-up carpooling until he got out for the school year. Oh well, I'm happy with 47.5 lbs at my goal day, 21 weeks!

1.5 lbs. to go til halfway mark!

Took measurements today...3.5 inches down from a month ago. 17.25 down from March 7 (almost 3 months). I didn't take beginning measurements, so that's from 2 months in. Happy about that!

Exercising has been kind of on the back-burner. I go when I can. We are on summer schedule right now, which means we work longer hours to be off on Friday. This kind of puts a damper on my workouts at the gym, because I have to leave my kids with my sister longer in the day. I drop them off an hour eariler than normal and also already pick them up 15 minutes later than normal. Adding gym in there makes me get there close to 6 pm. I just hate to do that to her, so I go when I can. I try to get in other exercise when I can. I know if/when I get back in full-on gym mode, the weight is going to start falling off again.

I do believe I hit my 50 lbs. lost mark this week, can't wait to see tomorrow!

I had a pretty bad Fri, Sat, & Sun in regard to eating. We boiled crawfish, crabs, & shrimp on Friday, had a family reunion on Saturday filled with all types of food, and Sunday I just figured I was bad all weekend, may as well finish off the splurge weekend. I got right back into in yesterday and did and am doing a liquid only diet yesterday and today and drinking lots of water. Trying to flush my system of all of the bad stuff I had over the weekend. Surprisingly, I wasn't starving yesterday. I still consumed all my calories, plus 15 while only having liquids (no solids). I also re-did my goal on MFP to lose 2 lbs. per week which dropped my calorie intake 200 calories. I had it set to lose 1.5/wk., but am worried I am going to hit a plateau...trying to keep it lively.
