Does anyone have any good daily devotional recommendations? I am looking for a yearly one for my kindle. DH and I do one together, but I would like one for myself too,

I'm curious to see what others recommend. I'm going to be reading through the whole Bible chronologically this year.

Listening to Your Life: Daily Meditations with Frederick Buechner. They are short and not date-specific, so you can start them any day of the year and also if you miss a day for some reason, it's really no biggie.

I actually started a read through the Bible in a year plan about 18 months ago. I am still working on it. Last year, I did that plus a couples devotional on my own, but now DH will be doing a couples one with me, and I like to have a devotional along with reading the Bible. I don't always do them at the same time.
