Any time you have unprotected sex you are leaving yourself open to pregnancy. If you've missed a period you should be able to test. If you're not wanting to become pregnant, I'd suggest protection!
As for the breast symptoms-tender and swollen breasts can be an early pregnancy symptom...or an impending period symptom. Periods can be late for a variety of reasons, also. But if you're sure you're late, I'd take a test and go from there.
Anytime you have unprotected sex, pregnancy is a possibility. Take a test!

I'd test now.... if you haven't had AF for 4 weeks then you're already late and it sure sounds like you're pregnant. The sooner you know, the better!
Or, if you don't want to test yet, I would FOR SURE avoid smoking and alcohol in the meantime!

I would test ASAP. You need to contact a doctor and also start taking pre-natal vitamins especially folic acid ASAP. Good luck.
@babylove1 i prefer to wait couples of days just to make sure not to test early. And yeah i dnt drink nor smoke. Nd also ive been cramping for 3 weeks now it comes nd goes especially wen i get up fast o get cramps!
yeah if you don't drink or smoke then i'd say test whenever you're comfortable with it. docs don't do much in the first few weeks anyway, although you will want to get on a prenatal vitamin if the test is positive.Originally Posted by monic12

Yeah every pregnancy is different!! Ill take the test nd go from there. If i am this will be muy first so i have to idea how it feels.
