    Default Kenny & Kenzy update

The girls will be 18 months on January 1st. Kennydee is finally really walking. She walks more than crawls. Kenzyngton will walk if she can hold on to something. I just can't believe they are just now starting to walk. They are so small it is hard for me to think of them as toddlers. They still really seem like infants to me but they aren't. They tattle on each other and their brothers. They hate to be told "NO" and express their displeasure. They know shoes go on their feet and how to help get dressed by putting their legs in the pants, etc. I can't believe they are growing up. It makes me sad because I know they are my last. Even though I would love to have more my husband isn't having any of it. I got a mother's ring and a mother's necklace for Christmas. The ring has all seven kids names and birth stones around the band. One necklace is a heart with the stones lining it and the other is a tree with the stones as leaves on the branches. My babies won't be babies much longer.

Sounds like the girls are doing great! My guys turned 19 months today- it's kind of bittersweet. I still want them to be my babies but I can't help but be happy at how well they are growing. I'm glad you got some nice presents for Christmas. With or without more kiddos- you have many years ahead of being a beloved mommy!

My singleton is 19 months and also hates to be told NO. I think this age is marked by contrariness and tantrums, but also one of great growth and affection, and it's just amazing to see the amount of increased communication and development. It's frustrating and miraculous at the same time, minute to minute. Congratulations to your girls for being one-and-a-half!!!!

Our baby is 3 years old already!
