    Default my friend's baby

You may remember me posting a 1.5 months ago about my friend having twins at 23 wks and the little girl passed about a week later. Well, the little boy is at 35 wks now and has been improving greatly until about 4-5 days ago. He had to have surgery for bilateral hernias and he is now back on the vent with very high settings that are having to increase daily. One lung is partially collapsed and he is making no effort of his own to breathe. Before the surgery he was only on a couple liters of oxygen. Today they found he has MRSA infection which is a very bad road for him to be going down. His weekly eye exams have been excellent but are now concerning the doctor since all the increasing oxygen demands. I am just praying that they don't lose this little guy. He has come so far. My friend and her family have suffered so greatly, I can't bear to think this could get worse. Just pray for them.
