Hi Im new here and I really dont know whats going on? I havent had a period in 2 months and like 2 weeks ago I just started feeling funny. I have heartburn, cramps, lower back pain, pelvic pain. LAst night i threw up in my mouth twice while I was sleeping (tmi), using the bathroom allllooootttt.. I really need some advice. Is is all in my head?

Sometimes it can be in our heads that we think we're pregnant and we can manifest the symptoms, and some women will miss periods. Other times we can have an anovulatory cycle where we miss a period but are not pregnant. If you're on birth control or just recently stopped that can mess with you hormones and system.
If you're taking a blood test then that should be pretty accurate. If it comes up negative them you should try to call a gynecologist to have them try to see what is going on. Having a papsmear and blood drawn and have tests run would be a good start.
