Possibly Pregnant?

My husband and I have been TTC and recently, about the time my period was supposed to start (I believe it was a little early), I got a pinkish/brownish discharge. When I have a period, it always starts out read. And it last 2.5 days and then over the next 2 days I had one instance of spotting each day. I mean, wipe and there was blood and nothing else again. My normal period lasts about 4.5-5 days and so I'm unsure of what is going on. I did take a pregnancy test (home kit) about the time I saw the discharge and it said negative. But I have been pregnant before and it did the exact same thing as this time. And so I was wondering if anyone has been through this before or something similiar and could give any suggestions or advice. I'd appreciate anything. Thanks all!

This has never happened to me but I didn't want to read and not respond. If it were me I would wait a few days and test again.

You said that it happened to you before when you were pregnant the last time. I suggest you to test again and try to pay attention if you are showing more other signs of pregnancy.

Well so far, it's backaches, constant appetite and/or cravings, tired even when I get a good 8 hours of sleep. So, I am really hoping. Thanks

I had a pretty normal AF and found out that I was pregnant on CD 10 of the next cycle. I tested up until AF came and they were all neg. I only tested because I was using the clear blue monitor and it gave me a peak on CD 10 (which wasn't normal for me) and I had some spotting. Unfortunately it ended in a M/C. Good luck! Did you test again?

No....I haven't tested again....kinda scared to...lol. Just don't want to find out that I'm not. I have been sleeping a lot lately, always tired, and last night I had headaches for no reason, and a clear liquid (not mucous-ish) discharge. Thanks for thinking I am. I am hoping so too. I will keep all of you updated.

I'm still here ladies. I tested several times after the positive and they were all negative. My breasts started getting bigger and veins started showing up massively. 3 days before my period was to start, my husband and I were active. The next morning I woke up and I bled for the next 2 days, very light (a pad each day and even then not filled up). I posted in another forum about this and someone suggested a chemical pregnancy. I don't know. I still feel like I am laying on a bump. And I've been meaning to go find a place to do bloodwork, but there was a family death so that got put to the sidelines. Everything returned to normal only this week. I don't know what to think. I still think I am and I haven't tested in a week or so. But if I was pregnant, I'd be about 6-7 weeks along. I just really don't know.
